How do I track my order?

(TRACKING NUMBER)

Please If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service.  RJ's Closet does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic &

internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of

checkout.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all RJ's Closet and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.


Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our Distribution Center or returned in-person to our store location (please see the address listed below). Please keep in mind that in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store. No in-person drop offs will be accepted at our Distribution Center or Corporate Office.  We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.    

 
Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

 

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

What is your returns policy?
 

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. RJ's Closet will not accept any returns after 30 days. Please contact us at 610-438-5011 or rjscloset@hotmail.com for eligibility.

Shipping Policy > 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from RJ's Closet, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer 2-day shipping on all orders with a flat rate of $6.00. Majority of all orders arrive between 1-2 days, but in very rare instances, please allow up to 3 days. We offer overnight shipping via Fed Ex for $15.00. The orders must be placed by 12 pm PST to be processed same day.
